Hybrid Event where the athlete will be challenged in Speed, Strength, Endurance, Grip Strength, Accuracy and Mindset via four seperate workouts based on the Norse gods Hermon, Hela, Thor and Oldin.
Workouts will not be revealed until 2 weeks prior to event, knowing the hybrid athlete is ready for anything.
